The sessions at the Seven-day workshop on cinematography (organized by lakshyaa Theatre & Media Arts) taught by FFTI graduate Mr. Pankaj Prakash, With the aim of expanding and redefining the artistic vision, cinematographers, film technicians and filmmakers interacted with the participants of the workshop and handed down tips on cinematography. Enabled participants can take a look through the viewfinder at the making of films and the finer nuances of cinematography.
Film Cinematography. Camera Operating, Dramatic Lighting, Exposure, Lenses. Application of “Dancing with Light” technique.Advanced Lighting and Camera Movement, State of the Art Light, Camera and Dolly Equipment. Students have a chance to add a shot to their Demo Reel material.
Dolly – Panther Dolly, Arriflex, Arri Lights, Kinoflo, Mole Richardson.
Among the topics discus at the sessions is the importance of honing the technical control of the medium and visual interpretation of the narrative.
The works shot during the workshop will later screen at the Lakshyaa theatre on the final day. The works is evaluated by the panel.
Workshop Schedule: This workshop will be held over 7 days.
